Roblox IDs Hub ("Roblox IDs Hub", "we", "us", or "our") operates https://robloxidshub.com (the "Website"). We respect the intellectual property rights of creators and rights holders, and we expect our users to do the same.
This page explains who owns the content referenced by this Website and how to submit a copyright takedown request under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") or similar applicable laws.
1. Copyright Ownership
Roblox IDs Hub indexes and provides information about Roblox asset IDs and related metadata obtained from publicly available sources.
All Roblox asset IDs, images, audio, trademarks, and other intellectual property referenced or indexed by this Website belong to their respective owners. Rights to such materials remain with the original creators on Roblox and with Roblox Corporation.
We do not claim ownership of any third-party images, audio, trademarks, or other intellectual property referenced or indexed by the Website.
Roblox IDs Hub is an independent, fan-made resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with Roblox Corporation.
If your copyrighted work is indexed or displayed on this Website and you would like it removed, we will review your request and act on it as described below.
2. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Request
If you believe that content indexed or displayed on Roblox IDs Hub infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please send us a takedown request through one of these channels:
- Email: support@robloxidshub.com (please use a subject line such as "DMCA Takedown Request")
- Contact page: the contact options described on our Contact Us page
For your request to be valid, please include all of the following information:
- Your contact information β your full name (or the name of the rights holder you represent), your email address, and, if applicable, your organization.
- Identification of the copyrighted work β a description of the work you claim has been infringed, such as the Roblox asset name, asset ID, or a link to the original work.
- Identification of the material on our Website β the exact URL(s) of the page(s) on robloxidshub.com where the material appears, so we can locate it quickly.
- A good-faith statement β a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- An accuracy statement β a statement that the information in your request is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
- Your signature β a physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is acceptable).
Requests that are missing the information above may take longer to process, and we may ask you to provide the missing details before we can act.
3. What Happens After We Receive Your Request
We aim to review and respond to valid takedown requests within 10β14 business days of receipt. Our review process typically includes:
- Acknowledging your request and confirming that it contains the required information.
- Reviewing the identified material against your claim.
- Removing or disabling access to the relevant asset ID, metadata, or related information on our Website where the claim appears valid.
- Notifying you of the outcome of our review at the email address you provided.
Please note that removing an asset ID from our catalog does not remove the underlying asset from Roblox. If you believe an asset hosted on Roblox itself infringes your rights, you should also submit a report directly to Roblox Corporation through Roblox's own reporting channels.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification including:
- Your contact information.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it previously appeared.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We will review valid counter-notifications and may restore the material where appropriate, unless the original complainant informs us that they have filed a court action.
5. Misrepresentation
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages. Please only submit a takedown request or counter-notification if you genuinely believe it is justified.
6. Repeat Infringement
Where we become aware of repeated or clearly infringing material associated with the same source, we may remove the related entries from our catalog on a broader basis and, where applicable, restrict related community submissions in accordance with our Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.
